Privacy Policy

MyPayCal does not require you to sign up to use the web calculator. We do not store your calculation history in the browser or on the server.

Data we receive

• Your email address, given voluntarily to the free-PDF form. Used only to send you the PDF and (unless you unsubscribe) occasional quarterly updates about the calculator.
• Aggregated, anonymous traffic metrics (Vercel Analytics, no cross-site cookies).

Analytics

We measure usage in aggregate to learn which pages and tools earn their place: page views, country, device type, and events such as completing a calculation. Amounts are recorded as a band (for example "75-100k"), never the exact figure you type, and are not tied to your identity. If Google Analytics is enabled it uses first-party cookies with IP anonymisation.

Advertising

This site currently shows no ads. If Google AdSense is enabled in future, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You will be able to opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and this section will be updated before a single ad is served.

Affiliate links

Some pages link to third-party products (payroll software, for example). If those links ever earn a commission they are marked rel="sponsored" and disclosed on the page itself. Any commission is paid by the vendor, never by you, and does not change what we recommend.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from email at any time by replying "unsubscribe". You can request deletion of your email by writing to hello@mypaycal.org. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
